Q: Delivery and Carriage

There are three ways to deliver the qoods.One is Exoress ,such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex.The charg of them is from Us$ 10.0/kG to Us$ 20.0/KG if We pay the freightin china. It is most convenient because of door to dorThis method is suitable to a few goods such as less than 20KGAnother is air parcel, you should go to airot to takethe qoods yousewes, The dharge is cheaper than expres, but you should pay the charges of customs dearance and we should paythe charoes of dearance of goods, these charges are fixed no matter what weight or volume it is, This method is suitable to the gods which are more than 100KG.The rest one is ocean shipping, it is rather cheap, and it will take about 15-30 days to the pot if you are in the North America or the Europe.In general, we deliver the samples by Express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex, and ship the goods of order by ocean shipping.

Q:Payment

By T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before the shipment.

Q: Claims and returns
We usually confirm with you before you place an order. If any defective products are received, you may return them, and we will bear the freight costs for these items.
